Dickson holds a PhD from Makerere University (Uganda); Licentiate from Linköping University (Sweden); Masters of Philosophy, from Bergen University (Norway) and Bachelor of Philosophy from Makerere University (Uganda). He is an expert in governance, philosophy, sustainability, social justice and policy analysis, ethics and human rights. Dickson heads the governance and peace thematic research area at GDPRC.
