Robert has 17 years of unrivalled experience, in; programme development, management, monitoring and evaluation, organization management, lecturing/teaching, and high profile research. He is also a Lecturer of Human Rights. He is completing his PhD in Human Rights. He has a Masters Degree in Human Rights from Makerere university and Abo Akademi University is Finland, a Post Graduate Certificate in Research Methods; a Bachelors Degree in Development Studies from Makerere University. He was a World Bank Fellow-Social Accountability Tools for Africa. He is a member of the Council for Advancement of Social Science Research in Africa (CODESRIA), and a Certified Mediator.
